AdroitGoods B.V., located at Ceresweg 22, 8938BG Leeuwarden, Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 88052559, hereinafter referred to as "AdroitGoods."

1. Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between AdroitGoods and the customer.

2. Offer

2.1 Our offers are non-binding and may be modified or withdrawn.AdroitGoods reserves the right to refuse or limit orders or to impose conditions on delivery.

2.2 If an offer has a limited validity period, this will be clearly stated in the offer.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices are in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise specified. 

3.2 Any shipping costs are not included in the price and will be clearly indicated before you place an order.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment must be made when placing the order unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 AdroitGoods offers several secure payment options, such as IDEAL, Credit Card, bank transfer, Bancontact, and Klarna.

5. Delivery

5.1 AdroitGoods will ensure prompt delivery of your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible. For current delivery times, please refer to the product page. 

5.2 If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot be executed or can only be partially executed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In such a case, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.

6. Warranty

6.1 AdroitGoods offers a 2-year warranty on all products we sell. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal use. 

6.2 If you receive a product that is not functioning properly or exhibits a defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer service. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a free repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Returns

7.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

7.2 You must return the product in its original condition and packaging, and you are responsible for returning the order yourself. AdroitGood will reimburse all costs. Returns are always free within 30 days.

8. Liability

8.1 AdroitGoods is only liable for direct damages, and only to the extent that such damages are caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of AdroitGoods or its subordinates. 

8.2 AdroitGoods is never liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of profit, missed savings, and damages due to business interruption.

9. Changes

9.1 AdroitGoods reserves the right to amend these terms andconditions. Changes will be published on our website.

10. Applicable Law

10.1 Dutch law exclusively applies to all offers and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions will initially be submitted to the competent court in Northern Netherlands.
